BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to bonuses, Free Spins, Free Bets and other promotional offers made available by the Casino. Individual promotions may contain additional or different conditions. Where this is the case, the specific terms displayed with the relevant promotion will apply in addition to these Bonus Terms and Conditions.

1. HOW YOUR BALANCES WORK

1.1 Your account may contain the following separate balances:

• Real Money – money deposited by you and funds released to Real Money after completion of the applicable wagering requirements. While a sticky bonus is active, winnings from eligible bets are credited to the relevant Bonus balance, including winnings from bets funded entirely with Real Money;

• Casino Bonus – promotional funds available for eligible Casino games; and

• Sport Bonus – promotional funds available for eligible Sportsbook bets.

• Casino Bonus – promotional funds available for eligible Casino games; and

• Sport Bonus – promotional funds available for eligible Sportsbook bets.

1.2 Under the sticky bonus model, your Real Money balance is used first. The relevant Bonus balance is used only when the available Real Money is insufficient to cover the full stake; any available Real Money is used first and the shortfall is deducted from the relevant Bonus balance.

For Deposit Match bonuses, winnings from eligible bets are credited to the Casino Bonus balance while the bonus is active, regardless of which balance funded the stake.

For Non-Deposit Funds, Deposit Free Spins and Non-Deposit Free Spins bonuses, wagering starts only once your Real Money balance reaches zero. While Real Money remains, bets funded from Real Money do not contribute towards the bonus wagering requirement and winnings from those bets are credited to Real Money.

1.3 Your Real Money balance remains available for withdrawal even when you have an active Casino Bonus or Sport Bonus, subject to our standard withdrawal, verification and payment requirements.

1.4 If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements for an active sticky bonus, you must cancel that bonus. The entire remaining balance associated with that bonus, including the bonus funds and all winnings credited to that Bonus balance, will be forfeited. Only the available Real Money balance may be withdrawn, subject to clause 1.3.

1.5 Casino Bonus and Sport Bonus balances are separate. Casino Bonus funds may only be used for eligible Casino games, while Sport Bonus funds may only be used for eligible Sportsbook bets, unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion.

1.6 The wagering base and eligible bets depend on the bonus type:

• Deposit Match: wagering is calculated on the qualifying deposit plus the bonus amount. Eligible bets may contribute while the bonus is active, subject to game contribution rates, qualifying conditions and per-bet contribution limits.

• Non-Deposit Funds, Deposit Free Spins and Non-Deposit Free Spins: wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Wagering starts only when the Real Money balance reaches zero; bets funded from Real Money while a Real Money balance remains do not contribute.

1.7 Where a bet is funded partly with Real Money and partly with Bonus funds (a “Mixed Bet”), the treatment of the stake and winnings follows the rules for the relevant bonus type. For Deposit Match bonuses, all resulting winnings are credited to the Casino Bonus balance while the bonus is active, and the eligible stake contributes towards wagering subject to the applicable contribution rates, qualifying conditions and contribution limits.

For Non-Deposit Funds Bonus, Deposit Free Spins and Non-Deposit Free Spins bonuses, wagering does not start until the Real Money balance reaches zero. While Real Money remains, bets funded from Real Money do not contribute towards wagering and winnings from those bets remain in the Real Money balance.

1.8 Once all applicable wagering requirements have been successfully completed, the remaining eligible Bonus Balance and eligible winnings generated from that Bonus Balance will be transferred to your Real Money balance.

1.9 Wallet illustration: a €200 Real Money balance and a €100 Casino Bonus balance give a total of €300. A €15 bet is deducted from Real Money. If it returns €90, all €90 is credited to the Casino Bonus balance, leaving €185 Real Money and €190 Casino Bonus, or €375 in total. A withdrawal before wagering completion requires cancellation and forfeiture of the €190 Casino Bonus balance; the €185 Real Money remains available for withdrawal. The €15 stake is illustrative only and may be placed only if permitted by the applicable promotional maximum bet; the default maximum in clause 2.2 remains applicable otherwise.

2. CASINO BONUSES

2.1 Casino Bonus Wagering

2.1.1 Deposit Match Casino Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 40 times (40x) the sum of the qualifying deposit and the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotional offer. For example, a €200 qualifying deposit and a €100 bonus require €12,000 in qualifying wagering before game contribution rates are applied.

2.1.2 For Deposit Match Casino Bonuses, eligible bets funded with Real Money, Casino Bonus funds, or a combination of both contribute towards the wagering requirement, subject to the game contribution rates and exclusions in clause 2.3. All winnings from such bets while the bonus is active are credited to the Casino Bonus balance.

2.1.3 For Deposit Match Casino Bonuses, your Real Money balance is used first. The Casino Bonus balance is used only when the available Real Money is insufficient to cover the full stake.

2.1.4 Non-Deposit Funds Casino Bonuses are subject to wagering on the bonus amount only. Wagering starts only once your Real Money balance reaches zero. While Real Money remains, bets funded from Real Money do not contribute towards bonus wagering and winnings from those bets are credited to Real Money.

2.1.5 Deposit Free Spins and Non-Deposit Free Spins are subject to wagering on the resulting bonus winnings only, unless the relevant promotion states otherwise. Wagering starts only once your Real Money balance reaches zero. While Real Money remains, bets funded from Real Money do not contribute towards bonus wagering and winnings from those bets are credited to Real Money.

2.1.6 Once the applicable wagering requirement has been completed, the remaining eligible Casino Bonus balance and eligible winnings generated from the bonus will be transferred to your Real Money balance.

2.1.7 Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion, Casino Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within 7 days of bonus activation. If the requirement is not completed within this period, only the remaining Casino Bonus balance will be reduced to zero. Your Real Money balance will remain unaffected.

2.1.8 If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, you must cancel the active Casino Bonus and forfeit its remaining Casino Bonus balance, including winnings credited to that balance. Your Real Money balance remains unaffected and is subject to the normal withdrawal process. Any unused Free Spins or other promotional benefits connected to the cancelled bonus are also forfeited.

2.2 Maximum Bet

2.2.1 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional offer, the maximum permitted bet while a sticky Casino Bonus is active applies to the total stake, whether funded with Real Money, Casino Bonus funds, or both, and is:

€5 / $5 / CAD 5, or the equivalent in another supported currency, per spin, hand or game round.

2.2.2 The maximum bet restriction applies throughout the active Casino Bonus wagering period, including when a bet is funded entirely from Real Money and when it is a Mixed Bet.

2.3 Game Contribution

2.3.1 Different games may contribute differently towards the Casino Bonus wagering requirement. Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion:

• Slots and eligible Scratch Games – 100%

• Table Games, Video Poker and Live Casino – 10%

• Crash Games – 0%

2.3.2 Certain games may be excluded from bonus play or may have different contribution percentages. 1429 Uncharted Seas, Beautiful Bones, Bloodsuckers, Dead or Alive 2, , Eggomatic, Gemix, Guns N' Roses, Hugo 2, Immortal Romance, Jack Hammer, Jack Hammer 2, Jackpot Rango, Jimi Hendrix, Super Lucky Reels, Sugarpop, Sushi Bar, Testament, The Sword And The Grail, Tiger's Glory, Vikings, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, Winterberries, Book of 99 , Solar Queen, Solar King, Solar Temple, Blood Suckers II, Dead or Alive, Mega Joker, Jackpot 6000, Eye of the Kraken, Pearls of India, Sea Hunter, Scrooge, The Wish Master, Koi Princess, Steam Tower, Wild Swarm, Reactoonz 2, Vikings Go Berzerk are excluded from all bonus promotions. If a player plays these games while wagering a bonus, it may lead to forfeiting the whole bonus and/or all bets placed on these slot games will be subtracted from the player’s real money balance (if available) and they will not contribute towards wagering fulfilment of the pending bonus.

2.3.3 Jackpot and Progressive Jackpot games are not eligible for play with Casino Bonus funds and do not contribute towards Casino Bonus wagering requirements.

2.4 Bonus Buy and Feature Buy

2.4.1 For games offering a Bonus Buy, Feature Buy or similar feature, the total amount paid to activate the feature is considered the stake for the relevant game round.

For example, if the base stake is €1 and the Bonus Buy costs 80x the base stake, the stake for the purposes of the maximum bonus bet is €80, rather than €1.

2.4.2 While a sticky Casino Bonus is active, a Bonus Buy or Feature Buy must not be used if its total cost exceeds the applicable maximum permitted bet, regardless of the balance funding it.

2.4.3 Game rounds or features started while a sticky Casino Bonus is active remain subject to the applicable Bonus Terms until they have been fully completed and settled, regardless of the balance funding them.

2.5 Maximum Withdrawal

2.5.1 Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotional offer, winnings credited to the Casino Bonus balance while a sticky Casino Bonus is active, including winnings from Real Money bets, are subject to a maximum withdrawal of ten (10) times the value of the original deposit used to claim the bonus. Any winnings exceeding this limit may be removed from the account. This limit does not reduce the remaining deposited funds held in the Real Money balance.

3. SPORTS BONUSES

3.1 Sports Bonus Wagering

3.1.1 Sport Bonus funds may only be used for eligible Sportsbook bets unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion.

3.1.2 Your Real Money balance is used first. Your Sport Bonus balance becomes available for betting once there are insufficient Real Money funds available to fully cover the relevant bet.

3.1.3 Eligible Sportsbook bets funded with Real Money, Sport Bonus funds, or both contribute towards the Sport Bonus wagering requirement, subject to the qualifying conditions and the per-bet cap in clause 3.1.5. While a sticky Sport Bonus is active, all winnings from such bets are credited to the Sport Bonus balance, regardless of which balance funded the stake. For a deposit-linked Sport Bonus, the wagering base is the qualifying deposit plus the bonus amount, with the multiplier specified in the relevant promotion.

3.1.4 Qualifying bets placed using Real Money, Bonus Money, or a combination of Real Money and Bonus Money shall contribute towards the Sport Bonus wagering requirement, provided that the bet meets all applicable wagering conditions, including any minimum odds requirements.

3.1.5 The maximum amount that may contribute towards the wagering requirement from any single qualifying bet is €50 or the equivalent amount in the Customer’s account currency, regardless of the total stake placed. For example, where a Customer places a qualifying bet of €500 at the required minimum odds or higher, only €50 shall count towards the wagering requirement.

3.1.6 Only fully settled qualifying bets count towards wagering. Cancelled, void, refunded or otherwise returned bets do not contribute towards the wagering requirement.

3.2 Minimum Odds

3.2.1 Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotional offer, the minimum qualifying odds for bets placed using Sport Bonus funds are:

• Single bet: minimum odds of 1.50.

• Accumulator / Multiple bet: each individual selection must have minimum odds of 1.50, and the combined odds of the bet must be at least 2.00.

3.2.2 Bets or selections below the applicable minimum odds will not qualify towards the wagering requirement.

3.3 Bet Types and Restrictions

3.3.1 System bets are not permitted when Sport Bonus funds are being used and will not contribute towards wagering requirements.

3.3.2 Unless specifically excluded in the relevant promotional offer, both pre-match and Live Sports bets may qualify, provided that they satisfy the applicable minimum odds and other promotional conditions.

3.3.3 Bets that are void, cancelled, refunded or settled with the full stake returned will not contribute towards the wagering requirement.

3.3.4 Where a bet is fully cashed out before normal settlement, it will not contribute towards the wagering requirement. Where partial Cash Out is available, only the portion of the bet remains and subsequently settled as a qualifying bet may be taken into account.

3.3.5 Bets placed on opposite outcomes of the same event or market for the purpose of substantially eliminating betting risk or artificially completing wagering requirements are not permitted.

3.3.6 The Casino may exclude specific sports, competitions, markets or bet types from individual promotions. Any such restrictions will be stated in the relevant promotional offer.

4. FREE SPINS, FREE BETS AND NO-DEPOSIT BONUSES

4.1 Free Spins, Free Bets and Non-Deposit Funds Casino Bonuses may be subject to their own wagering requirements, expiry periods, eligible games or markets and maximum winnings. These will be specified in the relevant promotional offer.

4.2 Winnings generated from Free Spins will be credited according to the conditions of the relevant promotion and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable Real Money.

4.3 Unless otherwise specified, the stake value of a Free Bet is not included in the resulting winnings.

For example, a €10 Free Bet placed at decimal odds of 3.00 would result in €20 winnings if successful, as the €10 Free Bet stake itself is not returned.

4.4 Free Spins and Free Bets must be used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion. Any unused promotional benefits may expire after this period.

4.5 Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotional offer, the maximum winnings resulting from a Free Spin, Free Bet or No-Deposit Bonus cannot exceed ten (10) times the value of the original bonus amount awarded. Any winnings exceeding this limit may be removed from the account.

5. GENERAL BONUS TERMS

5.1 Each promotion may have specific terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements, minimum deposits, wagering requirements, maximum stakes, validity periods, eligible games or markets and maximum winnings. These specific promotional conditions apply together with these Bonus Terms.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, account, address, device and IP address. Multiple claims associated with the same account, address, device or IP address may be subject to review and may be considered ineligible for the relevant promotion.

5.3 Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational Casino and Sportsbook play. Any betting or gameplay pattern designed primarily to manipulate a promotion, complete wagering with artificially reduced risk, or obtain an unintended promotional advantage may be considered improper use of a bonus.

5.4 Creating or using multiple accounts, or coordinating activity between different accounts or players, for the purpose of claiming the same promotion more than once or obtaining an additional promotional advantage is not permitted.

5.5 Placing opposite, offsetting, hedged or coordinated bets in a way that substantially eliminates or reduces the normal risk of Casino or Sportsbook play for the purpose of completing wagering requirements or securing a promotional advantage may be considered improper use of a bonus.

5.6 Deliberately manipulating the way Real Money and Bonus balances are used in order to gain access to Bonus funds earlier than intended is not permitted.

This includes locking or temporarily committing the Real Money balance by placing it on one or more bets, including low-risk, hedged or “safe” bets, and later cancelling, cashing out or otherwise recovering those Real Money funds after the Bonus Balance has been unlocked and used for play. Such activity may be considered improper use of a bonus.

5.7 Deliberately delaying the completion or settlement of Casino game rounds, Sportsbook bets, Free Spins or other game features for the purpose of changing or manipulating the availability, order or treatment of Real Money and Bonus funds may be considered improper use of a bonus.

5.8 Taking advantage of technical errors, incorrect odds, incorrect bonus configurations, game malfunctions or other obvious errors in order to obtain an unintended promotional benefit is not permitted.

5.9 Playing thru V.P.N. (Virtual Private Network) is allowed, unless playing Jackpot games/slots. Playing such games/slots, may lead to forfeiting the whole balance of the player and closure of his account.

5.10 The use of automated software, scripts, bots or other technical methods intended to manipulate bonus wagering, gameplay or promotional mechanics is prohibited.

5.11 Where account activity, betting patterns or gameplay reasonably indicate that a promotion has been deliberately manipulated or used contrary to these Bonus Terms, the Casino reserves the right to review the relevant gameplay, bets and transactions.

Where such activity is confirmed, the Casino may cancel the relevant bonus, remove bonus funds and winnings generated from the prohibited activity, exclude the account from current or future promotions and, in serious or repeated cases, take further action in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

5.12 You may cancel an active bonus before completing its wagering requirements. Cancellation forfeits the remaining Bonus balance, including bonus funds and winnings credited to that balance, together with unused promotional benefits connected to it. Cancellation does not forfeit or reduce your Real Money balance. A withdrawal before completion requires cancellation as set out in clause 1.4.

5.13 Bonuses and promotional winnings may be subject to account verification before withdrawal in accordance with the Casino's standard verification requirements.

5.14 The Casino reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, including in cases of technical error, incorrect configuration, regulatory requirements or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

5.15 In the event of any discrepancy between these General Bonus Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotional terms will apply in relation to that promotion.

5.16 If these Bonus Terms are provided in multiple languages and there is any discrepancy between versions, the English-language version shall prevail, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
